The Hansen HCK1-4 is a piston-type, flanged, heavy-duty check valve with a 1-1/2" port size, manufactured by Hansen Technologies. It controls unidirectional refrigerant flow in HVAC/refrigeration systems, opening with a minimum 1 psid pressure differential and closing tightly on flow reversals, while its piston design minimizes pulsations. It operates within a -25°F to +250°F range and handles up to 400 psig (600 psig for CO2) safe working pressure, suitable for various refrigerants like ammonia, R22, R134a, and CO2.
